Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor – IN-HOUSE
Full Time | 12 Month FTC
REMOTE – Travel to Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Derby (once a month)  

Greys Specialist Recruitment are working with an established in-house Occupational Health department. Their main goal is to focus on the immediate and long-term health of their employees; their health comes first. They want to empower the Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to change and improve people’s health.

Lead Occupational Health Nurse

Working as part of a national Occupational Health team, the Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor will be an integral part of a pro-active occupational health team. They want their team to focus on the employee’s health and wellbeing on a short and long-term basis. Building relationships with the employee’s, the managers, and the wider business.

Day-to-day the Lead Occupational Health Nurse will:  

  • Lead a team of clinicians and staff across multiple locations
  • Provide an outstanding delivery of the clients Occupational Health services
  • Support the provision of expert OH clinical advice and guidance to the management teams.
  • Reducing sickness absence

The role will also include: 

  • Home working, travel within the regional area
  • Being a team player within a UK wide team 
  • Pro-active occupational health  

Essential Skills:

  • Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC
  • OH Qualification, certificate, diploma or degree
  • Experience of managing a team in Occupational Health
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health management of a clinical environment
  • Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR compliance
  • Travel within the regional location area
